About NumberLens

NumberLens is a suite of web browser based applications that provide tools to allow users to create and share visual representations of data. It started life as a tool to visualize and share weather and climate data and we are still committed to using the platform to help raise awareness of the climate crisis.

Its use is not limited to climate or scientific data however and the platform is available to anyone to use with whatever data they are interested in.

The good news is that you do not need a PhD in Astrophysics to use the system. Don’t worry though, if you are a PhD in Astrophysics the system is still relevant to you! For example, it might be helpful to have the system display a stunning dashboard charting the energy output of your latest death ray!

All NumberLens tools have in-line help built in allowing you to get a detailed explanation of every single option, on every screen. This includes easy to follow descriptions and images of key configuration options for charts and reports. Don’t worry if you aren’t familiar with creating charts and reports, that’s why NumberLens was created. After using NumberLens a short time you will become a reporting guru!
